Submissions

The Mississippi Quarterly welcomes contributions of original works in the humanities and the social sciences dealing with the South. The editors can assume no responsibility for injury to or loss of manuscripts. We now accept electronic submissions of articles (preferred) as well as hard-copy submissions. E-mail files as attachments to lew86@msstate.edu with an appropriate subject line, as either Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect documents. Please do not use document formatting features extensively, as they will only be removed. Refer to the latest MLA Handbook for matters of style. Please, no simultaneous submissions.

All hard copies of articles should be mailed to Editor, P.O. Box 5272, Mississippi State, MS 39762. Once accepted, correspondence and redrafts may be handled via e-mail.
